This one's a little personal for me because my dad worked for Enron and lost a huge chunk of his retirement in the fallout - and there were thousands of other employees who suffered the same fate. You can't possibly tell me that's a good thing. I'm all for going after the bad apples, but it needs to be done carefully to minimize the impact to innocent bystanders. Collateral damage happens, yes, but deliberately killing an institution should be reserved for the rarest of circumstances.
