I think you're right that it's not fair to punish innocent people, but Penn State football pales in comparison to the crimes and sins that were committed within its walls . I think Penn State football needed to take a break for a while, because clearly it grew to be more important than these kids in the minds of some coaches and administrators.

if this happened at BYU to one of your children would you not hold the University somewhat responsible? I know I would and I would expect The church to take harsh swift action.
