from a repo guy?? Aren't they supposed to repo the car so that the lender has the asset to recoup the money they are owed?? What good is it to "grind your tire into their door" to force them to pull over? That just damages the vehicle from the get go, even if you are successful in stopping them (without causing further crash/damage/death)... so dumb
