This is a fundamental misunderstanding of 'championship'
the 2007 New England Patriots were 100% the best team in the NFL. They lost to a mediocre giants team who played a good game. Just because it was the Super Bowl doesn't mean the outcome isn't questionable. I think the Pats win 4/5 games vs the Giants.
I think Bama beats Clemson 7/10 times. I think USC would've beaten Texas in eh 05 rose bowl 7/10 times.
Winning ONE game means you were the better team for the length of that game. In 1,000,000 games a team of 5 of me could beat a team of 5 lebrons once. Maybe. so after that one game, the 5 clones of white, unathletic me are better than 5 lebrons?

whelp, that's is folks Alabama's the national champ. Never mind they got beat in the game, they're obviously the best.
