The NCAA rule change makes a ton of sense. No brainer, I'd say.
Which is why I expect the NCAA to roundly reject it.

"According to a CBS Sports report, the NCAA will consider ejecting players only after a targeting call has been confirmed after review. Under the current rule, a player is ejected if a review does not overturn the call on the field; whether it is confirmed does not matter."
