I could see him winning the #1 job. Compact, good speed for 215 lbs, Kalani loves his vision.
My guess is that Isaiah Kaufusi is the one who cemented that switch. Kalani said today that he's been playing all spring the way he did on Saturday.
According to Detmer (via Jay Drew), Jimenez tore his ACL and won't play this year. I guess that gives him a chance at two years as our starting center - him vs. Chambers will be a battle to watch next spring.
