That's not always true. Plenty of guys have been reliable 3 point shooters with
Poor mechanics. I agree that he needs to fix his mechanics but even a guy like Lonzo ball shot 41% from 3 with poor mechanics.

Dastrup was a very good 3 point shooter all last summer in practice. 3/15 says no more than KD's 7/15 the year before.
