Mea Culpa: I'll admit when I've seen a tall, buff, black dude on campus
I've looked twice to see if I recognize him from the football team. I've worked it mostly out of my system now that I realize it reveals pre conceived notions and is uncomfortable for them. I do the same with tall buff white dudes and the basketball team. It's a weakness because I love BYU ball players. My kid has autographs from a bunch of athletes though.
So I think it happens but mostly from the celebrity side of things. Not the "look son there goes a black man" side of things.
