hadn't been introduced to college football. So, one Saturday afternoon while scrolling through our family's new huge backyard satellite dish channels, I stumbled across a BYU football during Detmer's sophomore year ( I think ). At the moment I stopped on the game, BYU was losing badly. If I remember correctly, I think it was against Wyoming. I kept watching because I was entertained by BYU's offense and of course, Detmer. BYU was scoring at will and came back and won the game. I've been hooked on BYU sports ever since.
