Are you kidding?

BBQ, the way we do burgers, soft cookies (chocolate chip etc), tex-mex, eggs benedict, clam chowder, cajun cuisine and on and on. Even modern pizza (and what most Italians now eat) was improved vastly in the US. We have the best food in the world imo because we have people from all over the world. Our cuisine is fusion. Not recognizing fusion as a native cuisine would mean that true Italian food doesn't have tomatoes since that came from the Americas.
