Kuzma mentioned recently that Fultz was the better player of the two.
We have enough data of Fultz playing on Team USA dominating opposing teams and leading USA to winning FIBA last year.

In fact I actually think Fultz is a more versatile player than Ball and can help your team in more ways.

Ball had a pretty darn good supporting cast with Alford, Leaf, and others.... With a solid coach.

Ball had the luxury of his opponents respecting his team mates enough that he could play QB and get people buckets.

Fultz didn't have guys that could finish and he was relied on to score which he did pretty effortlessly.

I'm not saying he's flawless and he's certainly not a LeBron type that can control every aspect of the game but I am far more impressed with Fultz than I am Ball.

I think Ball will be a fine player--but I don't think he's as skilled overall as Fultz... And I like that Fultz can be a guy that could go for 50 or dish out 15 assists depending on what his team needs. I don't know that ball will ever be a dominant scorer or a guy that can go for 50 if his team needs it. He's a pass first guy---but having the ability to light up a team for 50 gives more versatility to your offensive game.

Lebron is a guy who would prefer to score 28 points and get 12-15 assists.. But he knows at certain points his team needs to wear a different hat and score 50.
