The game in Dallas is big for both Oklahoma and Texas
While neither get the other at home, it still generates money for them -- because there aren't enough seats for all the season ticket holders, it helps donations at both schools, so that season ticket holders have enough priority to buy tickets for the RRR.

Additionally, it is a big game for recruiting, since both schools recruit hard in the DFW area.
