California schools will continue to play each other every year, whether intra-division or cross-division. The legacy schools will also be ensured a game in California each year and a game in southern California at least every other year.

The PAC will ensure that there is full CCG deregulation such that they could simply go with 4 divisions/pods and implement the 3-2-2-2 schedule with the following alignment structure:

NORTH: Washington, WSU, Oregon, OSU
SOUTH: Stanford, Cal, USC, UCLA
MOUNTAIN: Arizona, ASU, Utah, Colorado
EAST: Texas, Oklahoma, OSU, Tech

EVERYONE plays in California each year and you play everyone in the conference in 2 out of 4 years.
