I think that's very doable.

He got 3377 his freshman year and only played 12 full games (plus 11 attempts in the Nebraska game)

I'm thinking he ends the year somewhere around 3800, and its not totally out of the realm of possibility that he ends the season closer to 4000.

Max Hall finished his junior season at 3957, i'm sure Tanner can as well.
