Most zip codes in the Northern Virginia area list VA Tech as #1 and UVA as #2
With those two ACC schools making up about 20-25% of the fans. I'm still not certain whether that would give the ACC full carriage rates in the DC market - I think it does, but WVU doesn't reach the top-3 until you get into the border zip codes.
B1G schools (Penn St., Ohio St., and Michigan) often in the top-3:
