We've had these discussion multiple times. It's usually the same - hopefully things will let up some, blah, blah, blah
I've lost two weeks of unused vacation time the past two years. Had a week off planned last month that I had to cancel due to work that popped up.
What really broke the camels back is when I had to work on the day of my daughter's graduation. Had family in from out of town and I ended up working the day she graduated, and that weekend as well.
