I've been at only three companies myself in my career - 7, 5, and 7. Change is not easy for me, but I think a change is
in order.
I've been grumpy for a while now about my job, and when my wife suggested six months that I may need to get a new job, I nearly scoffed at the idea.
Now, here I am with two very similar offers, and I'm waffling. I think I know in my heart it's time to move on, but getting out of my comfort zone isn't always easy.
