That's more a result of the demographics of your clients than anything. You gotta tell them up front your time is
valuable and that if they are more than a few minutes late you will charge them extra. I try to say it as friendly and jokingly as possible. Usually along the lines of "and you know how lawyers love money more than anything else-the only thin we value more is our time"
