it would be great if USCIS invented a way to force the petitioners to either be
personally responsible for the intending immigrant (and if they don't ask someone else to that has legal status and makes enough $$$) and claim financial responsibility for them and if they ever took out government benefits be responsible for TEN years to pay the government back for anything they take out. what a genius idea that would be.
