It's not that it's ironic that Utah allows multiple players with DUIs on their team even though they have a rule against DUIs.
It's funny simply because one of their 5 "core values" is No DUIs. That's not a value. And the fact you have to make that a "core value", stamp it on a sign, and hang it up prominently in your locker room is funny.
Also, no DUI is not an "honor code". It's a law.
