Rise as Utes Walk-on

Like I stated below, BYU is one of the cleanest programs in the nation, but

Utah isn't far behind and has far less issues than many Universities. Neither of our teams have constant arrest news or drama. My point was that all programs run into issues at some point, even a religious strict rule school like BYU. With 90+ kids on a team at some point one or two are going to get into trouble.
