None of that matters if they don't have a guy who can throw the ball. Utah has

had some excellent coaches as OC in recent years, guys like Norm Chow and Dennis Erickson, and still managed to screw up the passing game. On the other hand, they always manage to pull some 4th-string RB off the bench and get him over 1,000 yards pretty easily. Personally, I would rather see them trying to throw ball - that would get them away from what they are really good at.
