I watched a few Eastern Washington games last year, and he can certainly get a lot of production out of guys who were overlooked out of high school and played with a chip on their shoulder.
And while he did take risks to move the ball, turnovers were not frequent. Eastern Washington had a RS freshman QB that lit up a lot of teams (Washington State and a bunch of FCS schools). But Taylor is certainly not afraid to let an athletic QB run amok and sling it.
Whether Wittingham lets the offense operate that way remains to be seen. I think in the first couple games the Utah offense will look amazing, then brain fart for a couple games once the film is out and other teams can see how their athletes are being used by Taylor.
