This staff is learning on the job....
and with the front loaded schedules BYU is facing they have an impossible task with fan expectations.
Add to that the limited pool of proven coordinators BYU will even consider and I feel like I am stuck in an awful version of Ground Hog Day. At least Bill Murray became the pride of Punksitawny with all the do overs and practice he had.

I agree with a lot of this. I don't think Memphis or SDSU have better players than us across the board. But lesser teams
