Stanford did..SDSU did....Utah has taken longer....should I go on?
The system doesn't take 4 years but BYU IS in a unique situation due to missions player consistency on the team from year to year and getting the recruits that this staff will recruit into the program with expwrience will take about 4 years at least.

I agree with a lot of this. I don't think Memphis or SDSU have better players than us across the board. But lesser teams
