Tutor.
They don't cost as much as you think. What you do is bring the scores to the tutor, they will tailor a program based on needs of that student.
We paid about $400 for each child and for those that took practice seriously, the scores improved dramatically and sufficiently to get two into Ivy Leagues, two into BYU and one into a military academy. They all went to public high schools by the way.
