It may be that Tanner isn't picking up the offfense, but let's take a look at Taysom's stats last year.
He threw for 2323 yards and only 12 TD's to 11 INT's. He also saw his completion percentage go down to 59%. These are the stats of the QB who apparently picked uo the offense very quickly and very well. This is also the QB who has impressed NFL teams enough that they are willing to use a roster spot on a 27 year old with an injury history. If Taysom, a current NFL player, toped out below 2500 yards and barely got double digit TD's in this system, that might be it's ceiling.

Bingo. And guys are open, so the scheme.should work. There is clearly a disconnect where something isn't getting done

HE has adapted many games in a row now. And it looked great with great QB play for 1.5 quarters vs. USU
