A good OC adjusts his offense to fit the personnel he has...
Until he gets the personnel that fit his offense. Ty has not done that so far. He's trying to force a square peg into a round hole. It's pretty clear that Mangum was better in a system like Anae's, so perhaps Ty should consider running something similar to that until he gets a QB that is better suited to doing what Ty envisions.

Bingo. And guys are open, so the scheme.should work. There is clearly a disconnect where something isn't getting done

HE has adapted many games in a row now. And it looked great with great QB play for 1.5 quarters vs. USU

It may be that Tanner isn't picking up the offfense, but let's take a look at Taysom's stats last year.
