Basically you’re asking if it’s unethical to charge different amounts to
different customers, even for the same product/service.
Car dealers do it every day.

I'm going to open a pizza joint. If you make 50K a pizza costs $10, 100K is $25, 250K is $50, and 500K is $75. Fair?
