Then I'd put Max Hall and Taysom Hill pretty close. Max Hall because of passing ability (by a large margin). Hill because of athleticism/running ability (by a large margin). Both had the ability to lead and put the team on their back. I think Hill stands out more under those circumstances because while running the ball, its all eyes on you. Where with a long ball or accurate pass, there is another player involved. A decent throw can be made to look great because of a spectaular catch or an amazing throw can be diminished due to a drop.
Give me my choice of QB's from the last 2 decades, I take Beck. I'd be ecstatic with a Hill or Hall right now.
