And it's not because I wish we had him this year and I'm just very depressed(which I do and am) but I'm gonna make a bold statement that I doubt many will be able to agree with, I don't care! Taysom Hill is my favorite BYU player that I've observed in my life time, not favorite QB, player! I still maintain steve Young as my favorite NFL QB but I was pretty young when he played at BYU.

I love the way Taysom plays, like every game was his last, he left it all on the field and played with intensity and fire! He ran over people and faught for the needed yards, jumped them at times but usually just ran away from them and ran with such a swagger of confidence and purpose. The fact that he had all those season ending injuries supports my feelings about him, he risked his health to win games and put it all out there. It was a joy to watch him every time he strapped it up for the Y. That video reminded me how many very nice passes and especially deep passes he did throw? The example he set of getting up every time your knoecked down and even put out of commission is valuable to all in life, not just football. And he finished what he started when it may have been very attratcive to take his talent to the BIG10 or PAC12 or even ACC for his final year, he finished what he started. He's the kind of athelete I want my boys idolizing. Thanks for the great memories Taysom, Good luck in the NFL!
