How many is that in a given year though?

Out of all of the 4 star LDS recruits this year, how many are going? Like 1 or 2? Kaho was going to go and now he isn't. Romney made it to 4 star status at one point and he was a mission guy but now isn't. We're talking about less than a handful of guys every year.
