Last I knew, the state gave about $10 million a year toward Utah Athletics, and the Utah State cost of living payments for athletes comes from the state, at a minimum. It is only the biggest name schools that don't have their athletics subsidized.

Not revenue. If BYU wants to be a P5, the church needs to subsidize it so the funding is equal to a successful P5.

Like I said, it needs to be a priority. The best coaches they can get. Salaries that match successful P5 salaries.
