Recreational use is completely different. People should be able to make dumb

decisions about internalyzing foreign substances if they want to. But if we are talking about medicinal use, then smoking a wad of weed because it feels better is a far cry from scientifically-based heath care. I'm all for medicinal use, but only when it is properly understood and administered.
