You can change the culture and while I tip 20% it's ridiculous. People don't
have to tip their drywall guy. It's bizarre how people think we are obligated to ensure a living wage for people we don't employ.
And servers are the worst. I once got a lecture about how not ordering drinks and dessert is a defacto "stiff."
There's hardly a brattier or more entitled group of unskilled workers anywhere.

have to assume that a chunk of their money is unrecorded cash tips... but I agree, they should make more.
