The biggest offender was Yoeli. We went with Worthington and Dastrup defending
Landale the whole game, but Yoeli got VERY winded chasing shooters around the perimeter. With 6 or 7 minutes left, Yoeli left his guy wide open for threes on two straight possessions. On both shots, Yoeli was 10+ feet away and didn't even attempt a close out.

So Coach Rose pulled Worthington/Dastrup, put in Seljaas, and put Yoeli on Landale. The rest is history: Landale dominated Yoeli on both ends of the court and Zac had his worst game of the season on both ends of the court. So the CB mob went crazy about why Rose didn't play Dastrup more and had Zac in the game. Reality is that things would have been even worse if he left Dastrup on the floor with Yoeli giving up uncontested threes.

In OT, Zac and Yoeli were playing so poorly on defense, that they had the other three guards sagging to try to help. That left some of the guards open for three in OT.
