BYU is a pm privately owned, LDS faith based University or is perfectly reasonable

To require that one if the most visible representative of said University share the faith that they represent. Does it shrink the hiring pool? Sure, but this limitation far more reasonable and far less arbitrary than precluding one gender simply because someone wants to hire a woman.
