BYU should drop football to FCS.
Could play the exact same schedule (no limit on FBS opponents per year). With 63 scholarships the top 40 guys would still get a full ride, while numbers 41-86 would get a half ride.
The talent level after the top 40 is basically walkon level anyway.
At least FCS would give a path to a playoff and FCS national championship, which is better than the Frisco Bowl.
