He was too skinny to be an in-your-face "alpha" type player. Unfortunately for Lee, I think that we are all a little hyper-sensitive to this type of hire after we watched our football program nosedive after similar alumni coaching hires.  However, Lee is very smart and has experience working with Coach Schroyer. He was one of my favorite players to watch. He doesn't need to be heavy to be an alpha as a coach. Hopefully he will be tough enough to get the best out of our players.  I am cautiously optomistic.
