There's a supply issue for teachers too.

As I pointed out in another thread, Utah, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado all have teacher shortages. So it's hard to fire teachers for multiple reasons. Pay needs to go up so there will be qualified people willing to fill those jobs. Thats how the free market is supposed to work
