Agree, but that isn't unique to BYU
and most people that take non-law jobs still take the bar exam (me included). I think a bigger factor for BYU is that they take jobs in other parts of the country that have harder bar exams. I heard California only had a 27.3% pass rate this year. If you are taking a non-law job in a state like California or New York, you are probably not going to put in the effort needed to pass that exam.
