Can only think of a couple women in my graduating class who didn’t at least
Start out working as a full time lawyer, and I can’t think of any who declined work to focus on being a mother.
My experience was actually that any of the women with even somewhat decent grades were able to get jobs with good firms, while the men outside of the top 10% had a hard time finding a traditional law firm job. Many had to either take a lower paying government job or take a non-lawyer job. Lots of tax people end up working for the big 4.
