The bigger issue is the perception that byu doesn’t give 2nd chances
And is overly strict in its honor code punishments.
I know that in some cases the player himself didn’t take the steps necessary to get back, but it used to be that would happen with more frequency. Not sure yet if this is a negative reflection on Kalani or if byu is being more strict?
The other issue is the enforcement of high academics which is causing us to lose multiple players and recruits every year, thanks byu academic nerds!
