Man, I don't get that at all. I had high expectations going in but maybe not like yours
I would say it is my favorite TV series of all time and it drops a long way down to second best.
However, I don't have warm fuzzy feelings when I watch and no longer watch uncut (Netflix) episodes but will watch cable edited (A&E) versions depending on my mood.
