The percentage of students with lower grades won't "shake up" BYU.
I don't think they plan to admit thousands of 2.0 or 3.0 GPA students. My guess is we'll still see academically successfull students, but not every 4.0 and 36 GPA student. Instead, add a bunch of 3.75 and 28 GPA students. They'll still do well at BYU, and perhaps be able to bring more variety of other skills to the school.
