As a high school football player from Utah County

I can tell you that Bronco didn't recruit from inside Utah County. His mentality was that if a kid from here wanted to play at BYU he could walk on. No need to waste a scholarship on a local kid. That's one of the main reasons we lost Porter Gustin to USC.
