near where they grew up, then yes, I agree with you. And maybe that's all he's saying.
But I took it as a broader point where employers are particularly concerned about Mormons being short-timers at a given non-Utah company because the Mormon is trying to get back to Utah eventually, and the sooner the better. And I think that's a real issue that goes beyond where you grew up or where your parents live and that some Mormons have to deal with.
