Either he'll get fired or he'll get the [poop] beat out of him by someone who doesn't appreciate his self-expression. Why? Because she didn't teach him that actions have real-life consequences. She had a chance to give him a fantastic, pure education and failed to act.
That one lesson could've been more powerful, more useful to him than every other hour of classroom instruction combined.
