The new BYU pool for the swim & dive teams.
The new baseball field.
Marriott Center Annex for Basketball.

They also do small upgrades all the time. For example, This year they upgraded the recovery pools in the SAB (its kind of cool area if you haven't seen it). They are constantly changing or upgrading wall signs/murals around campus.

BYU is spending $$$ on upgrades all the time.

However... BYU is a religious school. A recruiting trip to BYU will always have a different feel. Back in the Mendenhall days they had 3 mannequins under a sign that said "Our Uniforms": One in blue, one in white... and one wearing a suit with a missionary tag.
