...I think that's part of the issue with attendance now. Fans have seen increases in prices but the experience hasn't increased in any way commensurate with the rate increase. BYU has tried to implement some new things like the in-stadium wi-fi which is nice as is the in-stadium game day app but I don't think those are things that are driving fans away.

I think for a lot of fans, comfort and hassle free enjoyment is a big factor (no parking hassles, no traffic issues, uncomfortable seating, etc).
